DataBase Workshop is the leading supplier of specialist software to the Water Cooler Industry in the United Kingdom.

ProWat SE has been written specifically for Bottled Water and Plumbed in Cooler operators. The software is also used by Vending companies. We have customers ranging in size from new start-ups to national operators with tens of thousands of coolers.

ProWat SE manages cooler data (rentals, sanitisations, environmental levies etc), special pricing, scheduled orders, multiple delivery routes and much more.

We also have software for Handheld devices and Mapping/Routing. These packages are used in conjunction with ProWat SE.

All our software has multi language capabilities.

ProWat SE Mapping acts as a link between ProWat SE and Microsoft MapPoint 2004^® and MapPoint 2006^®. This allows the user to optimise routes and drivers sheets as well as a host of other features.

Company History
DataBase Workshop was started in 1992 with the aim of developing bespoke Software solutions. A chance conversation led to the development of a simple cooler management system, which became the forerunner of ProWat. In 1995 we were contacted by a small water cooler company and ProWat was created. It was a mutually beneficial arrangement – their industry expertise and our programming skills and experience combined to produce a powerful, stable and easy to use system. From these small beginnings we now offer a range of software to suit any size company. Our programs are under constant development by our technical team, who have a great deal of experience and know-how gained from working on contract on major projects for the Inland Revenue and Financial Service companies. Our software is used by over 40 water cooler companies and is fully supported by friendly and knowledgeable staff. DataBase Workshop is a member of the following bottled water cooler associations: BWCA (www.bwca.org.uk) EBWA (www.ebwa.org) We are also Sage Developers, this allows us to fully integrate our software with some Sage Accounts packages.
