Customer Record
ProWat SE Customer record

 

The Customer record has several screens. These are accessed by clicking on the tabs at the top.
 
Customers can be set up on more than one Delivery Route as well as on a separate Sani Route.
 
Delivery only accounts can be set up to invoice a different account.

 

Equipment Record
ProWat SE Equipment Record

 

Contract types can be assigned to Equipment records. This helps to provide financial analysis for coolers on the Contract Type report.

 
Cooler life expectancy figure and start date can be set up on the Equipment record.
 

Cooler movements are logged automatically. A Cooler Movement report is available.

Service history is automatically logged for each equipment item as well as for each Customer.

 

Customer Contact Log
ProWat SE Contact Log

 

Emailed Delivery Notes, Invoices and Statements are automatically logged.
 
Scheduled callbacks can be set up.
 
Files such as Word® or Excel® documents can be attached to log entries.

 

Email Log
ProWat SE Email Log

 

ProWat SE can be set up to receive email as well as send it.
 
Emails can be individually created and sent from this screen complete with attachments if required.
 
Invoices, Statements and Delivery notes are automatcally attached to emails as PDF files during the 'Print Process'. They list on the Pending screen in the Email log waiting for you to send them at your convenience.
