The program is self-maintaining.  When Rentals, Sanitisations, Filters, Maintenance or Environmental Levies are generated, their due dates are recalculated automatically ready for the next time. Scheduled Orders can also be automatically generated.

Bottle and cooler deposits/refunds are handled and special prices along with quantity discounts (if required) can be set up on customer records.

Reports are included in the program and it links to various accounts packages to provide a complete solution for running Water Cooler, Point of Use or Vending companies.

Support is available during normal office hours either by telephone, fax or e-mail.  Initial training and a printed manual will be provided upon installation of the program.  Further training and manuals in PDF format are readily available. ProWat Mobile has been written specifically for the Water and Vending industries.

Delivery notes are downloaded on to handheld devices and an easy to use step by step wizard guides the user through confirming and uploading to the desktop programs. There are various Cluster maps for showing routes, sanitisations or nearest customers to a specified customer or postcode.
